By booking with TRU Valets, you agree to the following terms of business:
· Prior to starting any work, the vehicle will be inspected for existing damage. Any findings will be documented, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
· As a mobile service, our safety and your vehicle is our priority. To comply with our insurance, we require a safe, suitable workspace.
· We cannot carry out work on main roads, heavily used public highways, or in tight/restricted spaces or work in "Pay & Display" car parks.
· We require access to a safe power source for our extension (standard 3-pin plug) to connect our professional equipment.
· If your desired location has restricted access, please contact us before booking so we can discuss.
· ALL bookings require a deposit.
· Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received via bank transfer.
· Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The amount will vary based on the service selected
While we strive for punctuality, factors like extreme weather, heavy traffic, or emergencies can occasionally cause delays.
· If we need to reschedule, we will offer you a new date within 14 days of your original booking.
· If we are unable to provide an alternative date, your deposit will be refunded in full.
· Our standard package prices assume a "normal" level of dirt. If a vehicle's interior is heavily soiled with pet hair, mould, mud, vomit, or blood, additional charges will apply to cover the extra time required.
· We kindly ask that you inform us of these conditions and send photos during the booking process so we can provide a fair estimate.
· If we arrive and discover undisclosed heavy soiling, a revised price will be agreed upon before any work begins.
A missed booking is a missed day of work for our small business.
· If a booking cannot go ahead because these terms were not met (e.g., no power or unsafe location), the full booking fee may remain payable.
